The dim and vacant passages of a historic Brooklyn brownstone marks the setting for the premier ISTOK Spring/Summer 2020 collection. The campaign is shot by New York photographer Drew Vickers (Art Partner) who is known for his intimate and considered approach to image-making. The campaign’s intent is to communicate the expansive inner world of the subject through gaze and body language alone. In this spare, vacant state of idleness, ideas are translated without verbal or written expression. The idea of modern utopia, a private and subjective vision, is found here. Through a series of diverse cover images with almost no indication of time or era, subtly distorted perspectives give the images a rare, almost faulty quality.

Imagined by Drew Vickers, Lauren Shooster, and Eugenie Dalland.
