RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reason for your return, along with the merchandise style number.
To begin a return, please email us within 7 days of your order delivery. All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.
Any item marked down 50% or more is considered Final Sale. All orders made with any discount code of 15% or more applied to sale items are Final Sale.
All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please email email@example.com with your Order # and Return Tracking # when available.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
We monitor returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged and may be refused at our discretion.
